FN Herstal SCAR-SC AEG (200838 – by Ares) – Blue

Under the FN Herstal licence, this replica has been developed and manufactured in collaboration with ARES. Official markings, dimensions and materials: everything has been designed to make the replica as similar to the real one as possible.
The SCAR-SC is intended for use in close quarters and as a PDW and is considerably smaller and easier to wield than the original. The -SC sees the SCAR shrunk down into a CQB optimised package, and while this AEG still has some heft due to its full metal construction, it is now short enough to cut corners and contend with ultra compact M4s, SMG-5s and AR-9s which are dominating CQB sites currently. If you like a hefty, realistic rifle that is short enough to handle in the cramped confines of a tight CQB site, the SCAR-SC will do the trick! Starting at the tip of the 7.5inch alloy outer barrel we can find a lovely steel three-prong flash hider, matching the real steel muzzle device on the real SCAR-SC perfectly. This muzzle device looks fantastic on the SCAR-SC, but if you have other plans you can mount any 14mm CCW male thread compatible tracer, suppressor or muzzle device for an alternative look.
High quality full metal upper receiver and polymer lower receiver, just like the real rifle Features the unique ARES Electronic Fire Control System (EFCS – Safe / Semi / 3rd Burst / Full Auto) Gearbox, programmable via the EFCS control box (sold separately). The gearbox is also an advanced, reinforced design with a quick change spring system.

Ambidextrous 3-position selectors and magazine releases are easy to use both right- and left-handed Monolithic 12 o’clock rail and additional rails at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions for attaching optics, grips, lights, lasers, and other standard 20mm RIS accessories. Special 3-position adjustable PDW stock collapses down far further than a standard buffer tube stock and features a wide rubberized butt pad for comfort.
