Small dump pouch

A small dump pouch for empty magazines. Dump pouches greatly increase the time needed to exchange magazines in the replica. Furthermore, application of such pouches eliminates the need to insert the empty magazine into the chest pouch, thus prevents the confusion between full and empty magazines.
