The prescription insert only fits the SABER ADVANCED, WX ROGUE COMM, WX ROGUE, WX VAPOR 2.2, NERVE, and SPEAR. 

However, for the SPEAR you will also need prescription post (SP29PST) for the prescription insert, as it cannot be mounted without on
